Are the products in stock and available for shipment?
Every product you see listed on the web site is in stock and available for shipment. Depending on the quantity you select for certain products, we might not have as many in stock.
In case you select a product quantity that exceeds what we currently have in stock, you will see an application message stating this when you place a product in the Shopping Cart. In such cases,
we can ship as many items as we have in stock and backorder the rest.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept credit cards, checks or money orders. When ordering
by check, please add all the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart,
print it out and send it, along with your check and a detailed letter regarding

What is your Check Policy?
For orders paid for via check or money order:
Your order will not ship until after your payment has been received and
processed. This process generally takes between 7-10 business days from
the time your payment is received. Returned checks
will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No. Currently, we only ship to any of the 50 U.S. states.

products, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred
by our customers should the product become defective due to incorrect installation or manufacturing defect. We will try to assist
our customers to resolve issues on a case-by-case basis.
Product Care and Maintenance
For best results, keep the following in mind when caring for your plumbing fixtures:
Do not use cleaners containing ammonia, bleach, acid or chemicals that can damage product's finish.
Use mild soap solution (such as dishwashing soap and water), rinse, and be sure to wipe the entire surface dry.
It is important to use a dabbing action to dry metal surface, not an abrasive or rubbing action.
Use only a soft cloth or nonabrasive sponge to wipe surfaces clean.
Always test your cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface.
How can I track my orders?
You will receive an order confirmation email soon after placing your order.
We will continuously keep you updated on the status of your order. You will be
notified via email with a Shipping Tracking # for your package. You can also log into
your account, by clicking on 'My Account' link at the top of every page and review
the status of any order you have placed on our web site.
