Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship to any of the 50 U.S. states. Your order will be shipped via either FedEx or UPS.
For some smaller packages, your order might be shipped via USPS. In most cases,
a delivery signature will not be required if the order is shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Please note that
we always insure all shipments and the quoted shipping price already includes insurance fee.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise
and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. No orders
are processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact
you by e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and be given
the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Delivery times vary. Unfortunately we do not guarantee any delivery times. This is because we are
dependent on outside delivery companies such as FedEx and UPS. Please do not schedule contractors until your
products arrive. FaucetDesigns.com will never be responsible for any guarantees in shipping, and
we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra
charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated. That being said,
we strive to provide accurate lead times and timely updates should any lead time estimate change.
We value our customers, appreciate your business, and will do everything in our power to serve you well.
Items in Stock
In-stock orders, once shipped, take approximately 3-7 business days anywhere in the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii or any area that is not within the 48 contiguous U.S. states
may take longer. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and any area not within the 48 contiguous U.S.
states are subject to an additional shipping charge.
Items not in Stock
If an item is not scheduled to ship out within 10 days of your order, we will attempt to notify
you of the backorder status. If we cannot get in contact with you, we will decide on a case-by-case
basis whether to schedule delivery or wait for approval of the lead time.
Sales Tax & Currency
You will not be charged sales tax for any orders outside of California. Customers placing orders
to a California shipping address will be charged a 8.75% sales tax. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase by offering you following return policy.
All returns must be in the manufacturer's original box, inside of an additional shipping box. Returns
must be authorized by FaucetDesigns.com. The customer will need to contact us to get the return
instructions (RMA). Original receipt must be enclosed with the return. We request that you never write or mark on the
manufacturer's box. If the manufacturer' box is written on, the package will be refused, and sent
back to the customer with additional shipping chargers, as well as the restocking fee.
Returns on non defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (30% for shower panels).
Returns will not be subjected to a restocking fee if the following conditions are met:
Returns which appear to have an initial manufacturing defect within 10 days
of the day you receive it, will be replaced (identical model) without being subject to any restocking fees.
Merchandise which is returned to FaucetDesigns.com unauthorized will be refused. FaucetDesigns.com is
not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipments are insured. In case a package was damaged
during shipment, customer is responsible for filing an insurance claim with the shipping vendor. Shipping
charges are the customers responsibility. Returns
must contain all of the original manufacturer's packaging. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt
of merchandise. Responsibility falls on the customer to inspect said merchandise within those 10 days.
Returns are to be inspected upon receipt by our staff.
If the case arises that any of these conditions are not met, FaucetDesigns.com reserves the right to
either refuse the return, or to charge a minimum charge for restocking of 20%, depending on the
condition of said return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. FaucetDesigns.com will
not be responsible for any product that becomes defective beyond the 10 days of receipt. Any
order that is refused on delivery, is subject to a 15% processing fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
